International Student Activities

You and other students have come from all parts of the globe to study at Pima Community College. While you learn about American culture, discover what else the international community has to share.

Global Ambassador Program

If you are a person who loves to help others, would like to make a global impact, and enjoys time communicating with your friends, this is a wonderful opportunity for you. PCC Center for International Education invites you to become a Global Ambassador and provide assistance to incoming international students by helping integrate students into the campus and local Tucson community.

Requirements to serve as a Global Ambassador:

• Complete an Application Form;
• Have been a PCC student for at least one (1) semester;
• Exhibit the ability to lead, learn, and work effectively with a diverse group of team members; 
• Have a positive attitude; 
• Be reliable, flexible, responsible;
• Be a good communicator; 
• Be willing to help others; 
• Participate in welcome orientation and meetings.
