Benefits

The PCC Employee Service Center (ESC) Department administers employee Benefits (health, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.), Payroll, Wellness Programs, Workers Compensation Claims, Short-term and Long-term Disability Programs, Employee Leaves such as FMLA, Affordable Care Act mandates, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), etc. Please contact the ESC Staff at esc@pima.edu or 520-206-4945, if you have questions.

Benefit Summary

Mandatory Retirement Plans - PCC employees that meet the retirement eligibility criteria (work 20 hours or more per week for 20 weeks or more) are required to elect between the two plans offered; ASRS and ORP, within their 30 day election period. Participation is mandatory and the election between ASRS/ORP is irrevocable. 

Current contribution rate: 12.14% per pay period. College contribution: 100% match.
