Your official diploma document will be mailed to you within 10 weeks from the end of the semester if all graduation requirements have been met. There is no charge for your diploma document. 

Graduation ceremony participants will not receive their diploma at graduation.

Replacement Diplomas

Lose your diploma? A Pima graduate may order and purchase a duplicate diploma to replace the one that has been lost or destroyed.

Before ordering your replacement, please note:

  • The duplicate will list the date the degree was originally awarded.
  • The signatures of College officials may not be the same as those on the original diploma. It will bear the signature of current College officials.

Name Changes on Diplomas

Only name changes resulting from legal name changes can be requested on a replacement diploma.

You will need to submit a Change of Student Data form along with the appropriate documentation to establish legal name change. This form is available at any campus, through MyPima or by calling 520.206.4640.
