Performing Arts Auditions
All community members are welcome to audition!
Auditions are open to everyone in the community. To be in a Pima theatre or dance performance you must be enrolled in at least one Pima class. For music performances, you must be enrolled in that specific ensemble class.
- Classes may be available to audit and enroll for non-credit.
- Students 55 and older are eligible for the lifelong learning 50% discount.

Auditions for Fall 2023
Vocal: May 17 (Wed.) from 1 pm to 3 pm
Instrumental: May 18 (Thur.) from 1 pm to 4 pm
Piano: May 19 (Fri.) from 1 pm to 3 pm
Music Placement Auditions for Fall 2023
August 21 (Monday) 9 am - 12 pm (10-minute slots)
Recital Hall (MUS 32)
Contact Dr. Anne Grimes at [email protected] to schedule a placement audition. Students should prepare a short solo work to perform. Accompanist provided. Instrumentalists should additionally prepare major scales. (The first day of school is Aug. 24, 2023)
Auditions for Spring 2024
Vocal: Dec. 13 (Wed.) from 1 pm to 3 pm
Instrumental: Dec. 14 (Thur.) from 1 pm to 4 pm
Piano: Dec. 15 (Fri.) from 1 pm to 3 pm
