AGM College Tuition Reimbursement Program

Through the College Tuition Reimbursement Program, the employees of AGM Container Controls (AGM) have the opportunity to enroll in Pima Community College classes without paying upfront tuition costs or selected fees.

Through the program, AGM will cover your tuition, fees and book costs, if applicable, at the following rates:

  • Grade A = 100%
  • Grade B = 100%
  • Grade C = 75% (Pima will bill you directly, and you will be responsible for 25% of the cost of tuition, fees and any associated books.)
  • Grade D or F = 0% (Pima will bill you directly, and you will be responsible for 100% of the cost of tuition, fees and any associated books.)
  • Withdraw = 0% (Pima will bill you directly, and you will be responsible for 100% of the cost of tuition, fees and any associated books.)
  • Incomplete (I) grade = AGM will pay for the course providing you complete the course and convert the “I” grade to a grade of A, B or C. You must complete the course within one year of the incomplete course end date.

How to Get Started

Contact your AGM Education Partner, Reyna Molina at RMolina@agmcontainer.com to get your courses approved through the AGM process. You must get your courses approved before you register for classes.

Apply to Pima. If you have questions about the admissions process, check out Pima's Application and Registration checklist.

You must apply to Pima if you are a new student or a returning student who hasn't taken a Pima course in the last 3 semesters.

If you are a current Pima student, skip to Step 6.

Send your FERPA form and documentation (usually a copy of your driver’s license) to pcc-clientservices@pima.edu.

Note: Your FERPA must be submitted BEFORE Pima can protect your courses.

FERPAs protect the privacy of a student’s educational record and allows students control over who can receive information about their courses. Learn more about Pima's FERPA policy.

Pima’s deferred payment agreement with GEICO allows Pima to share your grades with associates who have submitted FERPAs to the College, thereby allowing you to not pay for your most charges before grades are received.

FERPAs are good for one year. Pima’s Client Services team will ensure you have a current FERPA on file with the College. If not, we will email you and ask that you submit a new FERPA.
