National Student Clearinghouse
Pima Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide
- enrollment verifications,
- degree verifications,
- enrollment history verifications,
- good student certifications, and
- loan deferment status and history.
Current Students
Log into MyPima and on the Registration, Records and Residency page, use the "Enrollment Verification " link to quickly access the NSC’s student self-service portal.
Your enrollment status to NSC is updated within 2 weeks after the drop deadline of the current academic term. If you need verification of in-school deferment before that time, you can use the options on the StudentAid.gov website. The In-School Deferment Request form and most other enrollment verification forms can be completed at any of the Campus Student Centers.
