Access Technology

Students, faculty and staff members with disabilities can request training or installation of access technology.

Work on your request at any campus ADR office, which has a wide variety of access (assistive) hardware and software. 

Here’s a list of some of Pima's access technology resources. ADR also may be able to provide training on software that is not listed here.

Screen reader software (e.g., JAWs, NVDA, VoiceOver)

  • customizable background colors and masking of text
  • thesaurus and dictionary access.

Screen modification/magnification software (e.g., ZoomText, Windows Magnifier, MAGic, Fusion)
