Staff Professional Development Funds Applications for Non-Exempt and Exempt Employees
The Staff Professional Development (SPD) Working Group is accepting Professional Development/Educational Funds applications for fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025) for eligible regular full-time non-exempt and exempt staff (director level and below).

The group is reviewing the first round of SPD applications. The new application, as well as related guidelines and policies, can be found on the Organizational Effectiveness & Development intranet page, pima.edu/intranet/hr/opd. For questions, email pcc-staffprofessionaldevelopment@pima.edu. Supervisors and employees should discuss their SPD application prior to submitting it, and supervisors must send their approval email to pcc-staffprofessionaldevelopment@pima.edu. Any application without a supervisor’s approval email, will delay review of that application.

Faculty and adjunct faculty should contact their division for assistance with applying for Faculty Professional Development Funds.

Property Control Inventory Begins Sept. 2

FY 2025 Asset Inventory begins Sept. 2 and must be completed by Nov. 27. If you completed your inventory in FY 2024, then you won’t need to do another until FY 2026.

See the Inventory Self Service Job Aid on the intranet, pima.edu/intranet/facilities/property-control, for instructions. Complete your inventory at the Inventory Self Service Link.

If you have questions, email pcc-propertycontrol@pima.edu.

This inventory is required by auditors to assure that the College is following its own policies and procedures for stewardship of capital assets, and to assure that the College has sufficient internal controls to reliably reflect those assets in its financial statements.
