Want to help others and make a difference in your community? Pima’s Social Services certificate gives you the knowledge and skills to get started in the field. You’ll learn about the values behind social work, how to support people from all walks of life, and the importance of fairness, equity, and respect in helping professions.

This short-term certificate is a great starting point if you’re new to social services or want to enter the field quickly. Many students use it as a first step toward earning Pima’s Social Services AAS degree, which can open doors to more job opportunities — and allows you to continue your studies at a university.

Journey in Social Services Started at Pima
