Launch your career in high-tech manufacturing with the Level 1 Certificate in Automated Industrial Technology (AIT). This hands-on program teaches you the core skills needed to work with the automated machines and systems used in today’s factories and production facilities.

You’ll learn to safely operate, maintain and repair industrial equipment, including motor controls and electronic systems. Through real-world training, you’ll practice setting up control systems, using specialized computers, and troubleshooting basic electrical and mechanical problems.

This program is a great fit if you’re new to the field or wanting to build your skills for better job opportunities. You’ll be ready for entry-level jobs in a wide range of industries — and set yourself up to keep moving forward. Level I leads directly into the Level II certificate, as you work your way up to an associate degree. It’s a flexible way to gain experience, grow your credentials and advance your career — all while learning at your own pace.
