Launch your career in food service with Pima’s accelerated, one-semester Hospitality Fundamentals certificate. In just two eight-week sessions, you’ll cover the essentials of culinary arts — from cold and hot foods to baking, nutrition, and safety and sanitation — while building real-world skills in problem-solving, teamwork and communication.

Train in our state-of-the-art Hospitality Leadership Center of Excellence, or earn your certificate entirely online through PimaOnline, Arizona’s #1 online college. Wherever you learn, you’ll get the same hands-on guidance from industry professionals who know what it takes to succeed in today’s kitchens and food service operations.
