Turn your passion for baking into a profession with Pima’s Baking and Pastry Arts certificate. Here, you’ll learn the fundamentals of baking, so you can step into entry-level work in a commercial bake shop or pastry kitchen. You’ll master everything from artisan breads and chocolate sensations to sweet confections, show pieces and plated desserts, as well as ice creams, Bavarians, mousses and sauces.

Train in Pima’s state-of-the-art bakery and pastry kitchen at the Hospitality Leadership Center of Excellence, where you’ll practice techniques used by professional chefs and gain the confidence to create desserts that wow. Not able to come in-person? You can also complete this certificate program entirely online through PimaOnline.
