Study “Paws” offers finals week breaks

Tucson, AZ – A variety of therapy dogs will be at the West Campus library on Monday and Tuesday for finals week Study “Paws” de-stressing

What: Study “Paws” therapy animals visit

When: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Dec. 9 and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Dec. 10

West Campus Library organizes Study “Paws” during finals week every fall and spring semester to allow students and staff a break from studying or between exams. The therapy animals and their handlers are provided by two groups, Humane Society of Southern Arizona’s Pet VIP Therapy and Visitation Program and Pet Partners of Southern Arizona.

The week of Dec. 9 is the last full week of classes, with the fall semester ending Dec. 16. Pima Winter Recess begins Dec. 24.
