How Can We Help?
The PimaFastTrack Automotive Service Technician program is designed for people who want hands-on training and real-world skills—fast. You’ll learn in both the classroom and the lab, preparing you for entry-level work as an automotive light line maintenance technician. From shop safety and service fundamentals to repair order writing and professionalism, this program covers the basics employers expect. You’ll also get plenty of hands-on experience performing vehicle inspections, replacing fluids, repairing suspension components, working on brakes and tires, and using industry-standard equipment such as coolant and transmission flush machines.
Today’s vehicles rely heavily on technology, and this program helps you keep up. You’ll learn how to turn a wrench and how to electronically diagnose modern vehicles with complex computer systems. The program is completed in just eight to 12 weeks and requires in-person attendance to gain valuable, hands-on experience. Plus, when you finish, you can get a head start toward Pima’s Automotive Mechanics certificate or degree through Prior Learning Assessment, helping you advance your career.
