Already have the basics down? Take your skills to the next level with the Level II Certificate in Automated Industrial Technology. This advanced program builds on what you learned in Level I, diving deeper into robotics, electronics, system integration and process control.

You’ll get even more hands-on experience while learning to configure, calibrate, and troubleshoot complex automated systems used in high-tech manufacturing and industrial settings. With stronger technical skills and real-world practice, you’ll be better prepared for more advanced roles in manufacturing, automation and industrial maintenance. Whether you're looking to boost your credentials or work toward a degree, this certificate puts you one step closer to a rewarding career in a fast-growing field.

What You Will Learn

Upon completion of the program, you will be able to:

  • Follow safety rules when working with robotics.
  • Set up, adjust and run motor controls, process systems and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
  • PLCs are the specialized computers used to control machines and processes in industrial settings, essentially the “brains” behind automated systems.
  • Find and fix problems in industrial electronics.
