Human Resources

Human Resources attracts people who can communicate effectively, are empathetic, make objective evaluations and understand the value of diversity. These skills and traits are critical to success in a profession whose goal is to attract, nurture and support the most valuable asset of any organization – employees.

At Pima, you will learn from practitioners with decades of experience both teaching and in the field. You will learn how new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence-driven résumé-evaluation software, must mesh with old-fashioned (and never out-of-fashion) people skills.
