Paralegals are indispensable to attorneys and are often considered the attorney’s “right hand.” As a paralegal, you must work under the supervision of a licensed attorney and may not provide legal services directly to the public, except as permitted by law.

Pima’s Paralegal degree and post-degree-certificate can prepare you to be a paralegal in two years or less.

Accreditation

This program is approved by the American Bar Association. As a paralegal, you must work under the supervision of a licensed attorney. Paralegals may not provide legal services directly to the public, except as permitted by law.

You have the option to schedule both day and evening classes in a traditional classroom environment, as well as a variety of asynchronous online classes and blended/hybrid and remote synchronous instruction.

A minimum of nine semester credits or the equivalent of legal specialty courses must be taken through synchronous instruction.
