Special Tuition Offers

General Tuition costs for credit courses are capped at 15 credits per semester.
  • This tuition cap means that if you take more than 15 credits, the general tuition rate will only be charged for the first 15 credits.
  • This tuition cap includes students who are: In-State Residents, Out-of-State Non-Residents, International Students, and who are Lifelong Learners.
  • This tuition cap excludes courses taken during the Full Academic Year Term/Semesters (09, 41, 42, 43, or 44).
  • This tuition cap excludes non-credit courses.
  • Differential Tuition, Student Services Fees, Technology Fees, Course Fees, and other fees are not part of general tuition and are excluded from the tuition cap and are excluded from the Lifelong Learner discount. These fees will continue to be charged on all applicable courses, even on those courses for students taking more than 15 credits.
Lifelong Learners are eligible for a 50% reduction of the general in-state tuition for credit courses. The discounted tuition rate is automatically charged when enrolling in eligible courses.
  • To qualify for the Lifelong Learner rate, you must be 55 years old on or before the first day of the semester for which you are registering.
  • The tuition cap includes Lifelong Learners.
  • The Lifelong Learner discount excludes non-credit and audit courses.
  • The Lifelong Learner discount excludes International, Out-of-State, and Non-Resident tuition rates.
  • Differential Tuition, Student Services Fees, Technology Fees, Course Fees, and other fees are not part of general tuition and are excluded from the tuition cap and are excluded from the Lifelong Learner discount. These fees will continue to be charged on all applicable courses, even on those courses for students taking greater than 15 credits.

International, Out-of-State, and Non-Resident students will be charged different general tuition rates for classroom taught courses, courses taught 100% online, and classroom courses offered during the Summer Term/Semester. For International, Out-of-State, and Non-Resident students only:

  • Online credit courses that are taught 100% online will be charged the online general tuition rate.
  • All other credit courses will be charged the classroom general tuition rate except those classroom courses offered during the Summer Term/Semester which will be charged the Summer Term/Semester classroom general tuition rate.
