FAFSA and Scholarship Events
Thank you for choosing Pima Community College as your partner to support your efforts in educating the public on financial aid and scholarships. We are excited to support your students and families interested in attending Pima through FAFSA and PCC Scholarship presentations, resource tabling events, FAFSA Nights, and more! We will try our best to accommodate your request as much as possible.
Please take a moment to complete the following form. This allows us to prepare for your event and prevent overbooking our staff. In the event that we are unable to attend your event, we will work with you for future events or rescheduling if necessary.
To ensure the greatest impact, our outreach focuses specifically on prospective students planning to enroll now or within the next year, as well as community organizations supporting these individuals. Because our resources are tailored for immediate college transitions, we are unable to accommodate requests for younger youth at this time. For students aged 9–17, we highly recommend Pima for Youth, who can be reached at pcc-youth@pima.edu.
Our outreach services are available during the periods listed below:
- Spring 2026: February 2, 2026 through June 30, 2026
- Fall 2026: September 1, 2026 through December 11, 2026
- Spring 2027: February 1, 2027 through June 30, 2027
Note: Our outreach services are not available in January, July nor August of each year due to the peak enrollment season at the start of the semester. It is recommended to plan accordingly.
