Upload documents you need to be processed by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships through the Financial Aid Document Submission portal, such as:

  • Consortium Agreements
  • Financial Need Analysis (FNA)
  • Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) financial aid verification

Log in to your MyPima account and navigate to the Form and Document Submission page to complete the Independent Status Request (Unusual Circumstance), or the Request for Income Reassessment (Special Circumstance)

Verification

If you've been assigned a document required to process your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), access the verification link in your Financial Aid Dashboard. For example:

  • Verification
  • SAP Appeal
  • Unusual Enrollment History
  • Defaulted Loan

Notice of Withdrawal

If you plan on separating from Pima Community College, please complete the followng form and submit it as oulined in the instructions after you have dropped or withdrawn from your courses.
