This course is designed for emerging and experienced Human Resource (HR) professionals who are preparing for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional and Senior Certified Professional exams. The course covers HR core competencies and behavioral skills such as HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, employment law, and workplace ethics. It also covers strategic thinking, leadership, organizational effectiveness, and policy development.
Recommendation: The course is best suited for individuals currently in a Human Resources (HR) role or enrolled in an HR program. Prior HR experience, training, or education is not mandatory, but recommended.
