If you love solving problems and creating software, Pima’s Programmer Analyst AAS degree could be the perfect next step. This hands-on program prepares you for a career as a software developer or systems analyst, starting with the fundamentals and progressing into more advanced topics like data structures, problem solving, systems analysis, and design.
You’ll gain real-world experience by building working applications using a variety of programming languages, including Python, C, C++, Java, and Assembly. And, as a capstone, you’ll complete a software project from beginning to end, giving you practical experience that sets you apart in the job market.
If you plan to keep going, many of the courses in this program can be applied toward a Bachelor of Applied Science, giving you a clear path to continue your education.
