CyberSecurity

Associate of Applied Science

If you love problem-solving, technology, and protecting others, Pima’s Cybersecurity AAS program could be the perfect opportunity for you. This program offers real-world, hands-on experience in one of today’s fastest-growing fields. You’ll learn to think like a hacker, so you can spot threats before they happen, and respond fast when they do.

Our courses cover everything from ethical hacking and cyber defense to cyber law. And, instead of just sitting in a classroom, you’ll get to train in our on-campus Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC), monitoring live threats and practicing how to respond in real time. You’ll also work on a Capstone Project inside our student-run data center and receive mentorship from real cyber pros at the Arizona Cyber Warfare Range.

This program is nationally recognized by the National Security Agency (NSA) as a Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense. That means your training meets the highest standards and is respected by employers nationwide. When you finish, you’ll be ready for in-demand roles like SOC Analyst, Security Administrator, and Risk & Compliance Analyst. If you decide to continue your education, many courses can transfer toward a Bachelor of Applied Science.
