Diplomas
Your initial official diploma document will be mailed to you within 10 weeks from the end of the semester if all graduation requirements have been met and your graduation record is awarded.
* Please note that students are responsible for purchasing a replacement diploma if their diploma is mailed to an out-of-date address.
Replacement Diplomas
A Pima graduate may order and purchase a duplicate diploma to replace the one that has been lost or destroyed or for any other reason an additional diploma is needed.
Before ordering your replacement, please note:
- The duplicate will list the date the degree was originally awarded.
- The name on your diploma will match the name in our student information system. See the information below if you would like a new legal name on your diploma.
- The signatures of College officials may not be the same as those on the original diploma. It will bear the signature of current College officials.
Name Changes on Diplomas
Only changes resulting from legal name changes can be requested on a replacement diploma at this time.
You will need to submit a Change of Student Data form along with the appropriate documentation to change your legal name with Pima Community College.
