Passport Services
Pima Community College's East Campus is an authorized acceptance facility for those submitting new applications for a US Passport using form DS-11. Passport Services accepts completed passport applications and forwards them to the Department of State for an issuance determination. A personal check, money order, or cashier's check made payable to the US Department of State for your passport book and/or card is required to be mailed with your application.
Passport photos can be taken on-site for a cost of $15.00 each. The $35.00 acceptance fee and purchased photo(s) are paid separately from your passport. Cash, check, or card payments are accepted for these fees.

Schedule an Appointment
Call 520.206.7600 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm with a lunch closure from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. If you reach voicemail, we are assisting other applicants and your message will be returned in the order in which it was received. Walk-ins during regular hours and while availability exists.
