Pima Community College (PCC) engages in integrated strategic planning, aligning academic, facilities, enrollment and diversity objectives with the overarching College Strategic Plan. The planning process directly links to budget processes.
College Strategic Plan
Following a comprehensive review of the mission of the College, PCC has developed a new Strategic Plan that runs from July 2021 through June 2025.
As part of the plan, we have established two institutional goals. They are ambitious and reflect our commitment to increasing the educational attainment of residents in our community.
In August 2024, a Strategic Plan Extension was approved that identifies a set of continuing and new priorities, together with additional targets. The Extension runs until June 2026.

Educational and Facilities Master Plans

Climate Action and Sustainability Plan
In May 2022, the College's first Climate Action and Sustainability Plan was approved. It commits the College to four overarching targets and outlines a detailed set of priorities and actions through which progress will be made. In 2024, the plan was extended by one year to align with the college's 2024-2026 comprehensive planning process. You can access the Climate Action and Sustainability Plan update here.
