Governing Board Public Hearing, Special Meeting and Regular Meeting, June 13

The Pima County Community College District Governing Board will hold a Public Hearing, Special Meeting and Regular Meeting on June 13.

  • When:  June 13, 2018 
    • Public Hearing: 5 p.m.
    • Special Meeting: after the end of the Public Hearing, about 5:15 p.m.
    • Regular Meeting: 5:30 p.m.
  • Where: PCC District Office, 4905 E. Broadway, Room C-105 [view map]

To fully comply with safety regulations, the College is enforcing a protocol regarding seating. All who attend either must be seated or in a designated handicap area.

Those not seated or in a designated area can view the meeting from Room C-111, the District Break Room, where live video and audio of the meeting will be available.

A “clear area” will be enforced outside the Community Board Room doors. No one will be allowed to congregate in the clear area.

Also, only those who submit comment cards by 5:30 p.m. will be called to address the Board. The College will respond to those who submit comment cards after 5:30 p.m. provided they supply contact information. Anyone can contact the Board through the pcc-boardstaff@pima.edu  email.

The length of the Public Comment period generally is 45 minutes. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes. These time limits may be modified by the Board or Board Chair.
