New Students

Enrollment Advisors are available to assist you as a new student with admissions, creating your first semester schedule, registration, and more.

We offer in-person appointments, virtual call backs and express walk-in services to meet your needs.

Click on a campus link to sign up for a 30 minute in-person advising appointment at that campus:

Virtual Call Backs

Do you have admissions or registration questions, but can’t make it to campus? Sign up to receive a same day virtual call back from an Enrollment Advisor:

  • Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Friday: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

Express Walk-in Services

For general information, registration, holds, residency, etc., there are walk-in services available at Downtown Campus and West Campus only.

Walk-in services are available:

Current Students

Meet with your assigned Program Advisor or Counselor based on your program of study. Program Advisors and Counselors offer 30 minute appointments to help you with advising, registration, creating a MyDegreePlan, graduation and more.

Program Advising Appointments

To schedule an appointment with your Program Advisor or Counselor:

  • Login to MyPima
  • Select the “Students” tab
  • Select “Academics”
  • Select “Go to PimaConnect”
  • Select “My Success Network” for the name and contact information of your Program Advisor or Counselor

If you're not taking classes for a degree or certificate, you won’t have an assigned Program Advisor or Counselor. However, you can still get help from an advisor as long as you are a student.
