Fall Group Fitness Classes Allow Access to Variety
Pima Community College is taking a new approach to some of its Group Fitness Classes this fall, allowing access to a variety of classes each week.
Here’s how it works:
> Take FAW 100F1 (CRN 13089) for two hours per week of certain FAW classes;
OR
> Take FAW 100F2 (CRN 13090) for four hours per week of certain FAW classes.
For example, enroll in FAW100F1 and you can attend two yoga classes in a week with the same or different instructor(s), or you can attend Zumba and Pilates one week, and Kickboxing and Strength and Flexibility another week.
