Located in the heart of the city, the Downtown Campus remains fresh through ongoing facilities maintenance and remodeling. Students can take advantage of state-of-the-art technologies, equipment, furnishings and buildings. Well-manicured outdoor common areas provide places to rest and to meet friends or classmates.
Picasso Art Mural
Students taking Art 100-Basic Design created a canvas tile mural duplicating Picasso’s 1937 anti-war painting Guernica. More than 100 art students had participated in the mural’s creation. It can be seen on the 2nd floor of the Campus Center.
With easy access from all points in Tucson, the Downtown Campus Amethyst Room is often used by community organizations for their events. The room also serves as the site for workshops and career fairs.
