Student ID Card

You'll need a current Pima Community College Student Identification (ID) Card to access many of our student services, such as using student labs, taking tests or selling books back to the bookstore.

New Students

To get a new Student ID Card:

  1. Bring a current, government issued photo ID and your Student ID number to a Cashier window.
  2. An Accounts Receivable/Student Accounts employee will issue the Student ID Card.

Replacement Student ID Cards

To get a replacement Student ID Card,

  1. Bring a current, government issued photo ID and your Student ID number to a Cashier window.
  2. Pay the student ID card replacement fee 
  3. An Accounts Receivable/Student Accounts employee will issue the Student ID Card.

NOTE: Students are able to request a new Student ID Card every three (3) years at no cost to the student.

Hours of Operation

  • Monday-Thursday:  8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 
    Desert Vista, Downtown and Northwest Campuses closed daily from 12:00 - 1:00 pm
  • Friday:  10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
