Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the Social Services pathway, AA degree program, the learner will be able to:

1. Identify core principles in Social Work, including the values and ethics of the profession.
2. Demonstrate the skills of working with individuals, groups and communities.
3. Apply principles of social and economic justice in social service practice.
4. Demonstrate cultural competence and understanding of diversity in the delivery of social services.
