This Regulation delegates authority and responsibility and establishes the guidelines under which College premises and facilities may be used.
A. Delegation and authority
The Chief Executive Officer delegates authority and responsibility to the Executive Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration for the establishment of the necessary procedures and guidelines to ensure the proper use of the College premises and facilities.
This regulation is not meant to supersede any guidelines, laws, rules, or regulations imposed by federal, state, or local governments.
- The associated Campus President is responsible for the administration of all requests for use of campus facilities in accordance with Board Policies and Regulations. District Office responsibility rests with the Executive Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration.
- The Executive Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration shall recommend a standard fee schedule for the use of all College premises and facilities and submit to the Chancellor for approval. This fee schedule will stipulate the fees to be charged and fees will be charged in compliance with this Regulation and associated SPG.
