PCC Fall Sports Sept. 17 - Sept. 23

Pima Community College continues its regular season competition as the majority of games played in soccer and volleyball as well the cross country teams, will be out of town.  

The volleyball team kicks off the week for Pima Athletics on Wednesday when it goes to play at Chandler-Gilbert Community College at 7 p.m.

The men’s and women’s soccer teams will be at Mesa Community College on Thursday. The men’s game will be played at 4:30 p.m. and the women’s game will follow at 7 p.m.

The cross country teams will be in the ACCAC Championship which is hosted by Glendale Community College on Friday. The women’s race will be at 9 a.m. while the men start at 9:45 a.m.

The volleyball team will also be in action on Friday as it travels to San Diego to play Cuyamaca College at 5 p.m.

Pima Athletics will be in full force on Saturday. The volleyball team will be in San Diego taking part in the San Diego Community College Tournament. The soccer teams will be at Scottsdale Community College. The men play at 4:30 p.m. and the women’s game will start at 7 p.m. The football team will play its fourth home game in as many weeks at Kino Stadium when it hosts Phoenix College at 7 p.m.

The softball team will hold a scrimmage on Saturday at the West Campus when it hosts the Desert Thunder-Shannon team at 10 a.m. The baseball team will also be at the West Campus on Saturday to hold a scrimmage when they play Eastern Arizona College at 11 a.m.
