Sun Shuttle Boosts Bus Service to PCC East Campus, Starting Dec. 3

Tucson, AZ – Pima Community College students attending East Campus have a new transit option starting next month.

Sun Shuttle Route 450, providing service for Southeast Tucson and Rita Ranch, including Pima Community College’s East Campus, 8181 E. Irvington Road, starts on Monday, Dec. 3.

The route has several stops between the intersection of Golf Links and Kolb roads and Rita Ranch. Other stops on the route include Santa Rita High School, City of Tucson’s William Clements Center and Ward 4 offices, and the University of Arizona Science and Technology Park.  Route 450 also offers connections and free transfers to Sun Tran service, providing easy access to other areas around the Tucson region.

The new Sun Shuttle route also serves three Park and Ride lots – Kolb and Golf Links, Old Vail Road, and one adjacent to East Campus, on Fred Enke Drive at Irvington Road, which also serves Sun Tran routes 3 and  37.

Sun Tran offers a Pima Community College Semester Pass as one of its College Programs. Sun Tran provides service to all six PCC campuses.
