PCC Foundation Elects Chairman of Board of Directors

Tucson, AZ -- Dennis Holden, a member of the Pima Community College Foundation Board of Directors since 2004, has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors for 2012-13.
Holden is the Director of Customer Relations/District Operations for the Southern Arizona Division of Southwest Gas Corporation and has worked in various capacities for Southwest Gas for 39 years. He has served on many community boards including Boys and Girls Clubs of Tucson, Junior Achievement, Arizonans For a Drug-Free Workplace, Arizona Governor’s Business Education Roundtable and the Tucson Fiesta Bowl Committee.
Other officers include Greg Good, Good Law Firm PC as Chairman-Elect; Gloria Alvillar, Human Resources Training Consultant, Vice Chairwoman; Robert Ramirez, Vantage West Credit Union, Secretary; Deborah Hutchinson, CliftonLarsenAllen LLP, Treasurer; and Norman E Rebenstorf, Jr., Immediate Past Chairman. Cheryl House, Certified Fundraising Executive, is Executive Director.
Established in 1977, the Pima Community College Foundation secures and manages private philanthropic support for Pima Community College. Last year, the Foundation awarded nearly $1 million in scholarships to over 1,600 PCC students.
