PCC to Host Arizona Alliance for Retired Americans Healthcare Event

Tucson, AZ – Pima Community College’s West Campus will be the site of a press event on Friday, March 23 held by the Arizona Alliance for Retired Americans (AARA) to commemorate the second anniversary of the Affordable Care Act.

U.S. Rep. Raúl Grijalva is tentatively scheduled to speak, along with AARA President Doug Hart; Teresa Niño, director of the Center of Medicare & Medicaid Services’ Office of Public Engagement; and students and senior citizens. A short question-and-answer session also is scheduled.

  • When: Friday, March 23, 12:30 p.m.-1 p.m.
  • Where: PCC West Campus, 2202 W. Anklam Road, outside the Santa Rita Building (Building A), in front of the flag poles at the West Campus Palm Courtyard
