Register now for PCC/SALEO Seminar on March 30

Tucson, AZ – Saturday, March 17, 2012, is the early registration deadline for the Global Logistics in Southern Arizona seminar on March 30.

This is the second in a Logistics and Supply Chain Management Seminar Series sponsored by Pima Community College and the Southern Arizona Logistics Education Organization (www.saleo.org).

Those registering on or before Saturday, March 17, pay $49, while late registration, including registration the day of the seminar, is $69. Space is limited to 50 people. Registration also covers a continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments.

Presentations include “Global Trade Logistics Overview/Steps in Hiring a Broker Outside the U.S.,” “Cultural Considerations in Global Trade,” and “State Trade and Export Promotion (STEP)/Global Sales and Marketing.”

Proceeds will help provide complimentary seminar registration for PCC Logistics and Supply Chain Management students and will benefit the SALEO Scholarship Fund.

The PCC Logistics and Supply Chain Management Program began in October 2009 through a federal grant and as a partnership between Pima County One Stop, Cochise College, Arizona Western College and PCC.
