Tucson, AZ – Pima Community College is pleased to announce that Michael Tulino is the new Vice President for Student Development at PCC’s Northwest Campus.
Tulino has worked at PCC since 2003. His appointment was unanimously approved by the College’s Board of Governors this week.
“I look forward to continuing to serve the College and Pima County by joining the Northwest Campus team,” Tulino said. “PCC recognizes that learning doesn’t take place only in the classroom; it occurs throughout the student development experience on campus. I am excited to take on this new role and to advance our business of changing lives.”
Since 2007, Tulino has served as Director of Admissions and Registrar. He was Assistant Registrar, Systems and Enrollment Services from 2003-2007.
He recently completed a three-month assignment as Acting Vice President for Student Development at West Campus.
Tulino worked at the University of Phoenix from 2000-2003. A native Tucsonan, he received a bachelor’s of science degree in Geology from Northern Arizona University and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
PCC’s Northwest Campus, located on 50 acres off North Shannon Road, is one of six College campuses throughout the Tucson area. It serves more than 6,000 part- and full-time students, and employs approximately 90 people.
