Desert Vista Campus hosts Latino BIZfest through Nov. 5

Tucson, AZ – Through Saturday, Pima Community College’s Desert Vista Campus is hosting the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation 2011 Tucson Latino BIZfest.

This free four-day intensive entrepreneurship program brings top regional business executives in to provide training and mentoring to high school students. Approximately 50 students total from schools, as well as from Tucson Job Corps and Youth Build, are participating.

BIZfest started yesterday and runs 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., today through Saturday. Desert Vista Campus is at 5901 S. Calle Santa Cruz.
