NW Campus President Jana Kooi Chair-Elect of AACC Committee

Pima Community College Northwest Campus President Jana Kooi recently was selected by her peers as Chair-elect of the Presidents Academy Executive Committee of the American Association of Community Colleges. The committee’s membership is comprised of 13 community college CEOs who pursue leadership development opportunities for the member presidents.

In summer 2011, Kooi will succeed Shirley Reed, president of South Texas College, who will chair the Presidents Academy from July 1 through June 30, 2011.
