Reserve your seat at the 2013 Multicultural Convocation

Pima students expecting to graduate in May are encouraged to consider attending Multicultural Convocation, as well as the Graduation Ceremony.

Multicultural Convocation, on Thursday, May 9, is a free program that celebrates PCC’s diversity in all of its forms, with international and multicultural foods, beverages, entertainment, student speakers and more! 

This year's student speakers are:  Sarha H. Beltran, Patricia E. Mares and Lauren M. Dautrich.  (Learn more)

The ceremony is a smaller, more intimate event than the Graduation Ceremony and is open to all 2013 graduates and their families.

Each attending graduate will be presented with a Diversity Sash that they are encouraged to wear during Graduation on Thursday, May 16.

   Date: Thursday, May 9

Time: Program begins at 6 p.m., in Aztecs Gymnasium
Diversity Celebration at 7 p.m., in the Palm Courtyard

A free reception highlighting different cultural foods will be set up in the Palm Courtyard, south of Aztecs Gymnasium.
