PCC Volleyball Wins in Four Sets Against Chandler-Gilbert

 Tucson, AZ – The volleyball team (12-12) snapped a 4-match losing streak on Friday when it defeated Chandler-Gilbert Community College in four sets (18-25, 25-14, 26-24, 26-24).

The Aztecs dropped the first set but came back in a big way to take control in the second set. The Aztecs were able to hang on in the end to take the third and fourth sets.

Cheryl Montague (Academy of Tucson HS) finished with 18 kills to lead the Aztecs while Kaylee Rakowski (Sahuarita HS) had 10 kills, four aces and two blocks. Kami Humphrey (Canyon del Oro HS) contributed with 40 assists and Courtney Pitts (Catalina HS) finished with 27 digs.
