PCC Women’s Soccer Blanks South Mountain CC

 Tucson, AZ – The women’s soccer team (8-5) took control of the first half and shutout South Mountain Community College 5-0 on Tuesday in Phoenix.

The Aztecs led 4-0 after the first half. Ashley Estrada (Mountain View HS), Ivonne Herrera (Nogales HS), Ashley Cardenas (Tucson HS), Kamree Cady (Sahuaro HS) and Robyn Tolin (Cienega HS) each scored goals for the Aztecs. Cardenas and Herrera each had two assists.

Erika Heredia (Sabino HS) was behind the net in the first half and finished with three saves. Salina Joos (Sahuarita HS) played the second half with no saves.
