Learn more than the basics -- this is an exploration of the art of cooking.  The Culinary Arts program teaches the principles of food preparation based on classic French and contemporary American cuisines.  you'll also become familiar with the history of foods from around the world that have influenced our eating habits.

Program Graduates are trained in the many facets of operating a professional kitchen, including sanitation, safety and the financial requirements needed to operate a successful food service operation.

You will study under some of the Southwest's most recognized chefs and prepare for exciting work in some of the city's most prestigious hotels, restaurants and resorts.  It's a connection to some of the best culinary and hospitality resources offered in Arizona.
