As a returning Vet, Pima gave me my start in civilian life. In 1969 I attended classes in the hanger of the new college. Classes were small groups scattered around inside the huge hanger, but very organized. I was impressed. Thirty years later, after the career in criminal justice I had begun at Pima, I returned to complete my degree and to prove to myself that even after all that time, I could achieve something I really wanted.

The truth of my college education and eventual career achievements is that had I not started my college algebra course(s) at PCC, it is highly doubtful in my mind that I would have made it out of college earning my degrees. Thank you Pima Community College!
