The Office of the Chancellor through the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administrative Services, delegates responsibility to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services and Facilities to develop all necessary planning and construction documents necessary for the development of current or new College facilities.  Additionally, the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services and Facilities is delegated the responsibility to assess College facility needs within the master planning process in coordination with the Campus Presidents, the Vice Chancellor for Educational Services, the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administrative Services, and the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Financial Operations.
