Vocational education programs that must limit student enrollment to comply with rules, regulations and prescribed procedures by state and/or national agencies for certification, registry, licensure and program accreditation or funding source requirements, local agency agreements and industry employment standards, shall establish criteria and a selection process that provides students an equitable opportunity for access and success.
