| Tuesday, April 2 | Chancellor Search Advisory Committee meeting; review of applications, discussion/deliberation and selection of 6 – 8 semifinal candidates |
| Thursday, April 18 & Friday, April 19 | Chancellor Search Committee Meeting; semi-finalist interviews by Chancellor Search Committee and Committee to forward 3 – 5 unranked finalists to the Board of Governors |
| Late-April | Finalists interview with Board of Governors and participate in District-wide open public forums |
| May 2013 | Board announces the next Chancellor of the Pima Community College District. |
